Job Title: Project Manager
Employment Type: Part-Time (30 hours/week plus 3-hour monthly board meetings)
Compensation: $18/hour with potential for pay increase and transition into the Executive Director role

Position Summary:
The Archer County Museum and Arts Center seeks a motivated and organized Project Manager to oversee operational and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative, attention to detail, and a commitment to supporting the Museum's mission of preserving and celebrating local history and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform bookkeeping and financial tracking using QuickBooks.

  • Process and pay contractors, vendors, and other bills promptly.

  • Monitor budgets and provide regular financial updates to the board.

  • Draft and distribute correspondence, including letters to donors, foundations, and grantors.

  • Assist in preparing grant applications and reports.

  • Collaborate with board members during monthly meetings to discuss progress while documenting the meetings.

  • Assist in the preparation and operation of ACMAC functions.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in bookkeeping, financial management, and QuickBooks.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Experience in nonprofit management, grant writing, or donor relations is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

​
